This private and spacious 4BR villa is perched steps above a small, secluded beach and offers the best sunset views in Paros. Our home is made for vacationing families with plenty of amenities, beach toys, towels, games and books. Located within a 10-minute walk to all Paroikia has to offer. Perfect for families and swimming lovers. You won’t find a home like this anywhere on Paros, built in a time before permits restricted building so close to the sea, these houses are steps from the water.

You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

Το διαμέρισμα Αρμενιστής βρίσκεται στη Νάουσα με πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα,μόλις λίγα μέτρα πιο κάτω βρίσκεται η υπέροχη παραλία Πιπέρι.Η Νάουσα όπου βρίσκεται και το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό με το υπέροχο λιμανάκι της και το ενετικό κάστρο.Μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο της Νάουσας όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλό φαγητό,νυχτερινή ζωή αλλά και τα ψώνια σας στα εμπορικά καταστήματα του χωριού.

Antiparos House in the Kastro

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. This cozy house is located in the heart of the village of Antiparos.
