Soggiornerai in un ambiente sereno, con la comodità di essere vicino ai servizi della città. L’alloggio è situato vicino a un centro sportivo che potrebbe generare rumori fino alle 23:00.

La casina è stata appena ristrutturata con attenzione e cura, ed ha un giardino ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti. Siamo a 3,5 km dal mare e a 500 metri dalla stazione di Lido di Lavinio, con cui si arriva Roma in 50 minuti. A 12 minuti di auto si trovano le grotte di Nerone ed il centro di Anzio. La strada regionale 207 Nettunense è a pochi metri dalla nostra strada. Siamo inoltre a 6 minuti dalla Riserva Naturale Regionale Tor Caldara (consigliamo verificare orari di apertura).

Our studio house is located in a quiet area among other private houses, 2 km from the sea and 800 m from all infrastructure (McDonald's, supermarket, shops, first sights, bars, etc.). Everything is within walking distance. You can get to Nettuno by train from Rome Termini in 1 hour. The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.
