Disclaimer: bookable only on Airbnb. The "Pozzo Fiorito" is one of two cottages located in our 15000 sq metres garden. Indipendent and distant from each other they assure privacy. It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. Villa presidenziale sue 2 livelli, con una grande veranda dove è possibile soggiornare e mangiare, anche utilizzando il barbecue a disposizione. Giardino di 1.500mq con alberi e piscina di 11x5metri con trampolino e scivolo. Nel prezzo è incluso ogni settimana giardiniere per 2h e un controllo dell'acqua della piscina. Al piano principale grande salone, veranda molto illuminata, lavanderia, cucina e bagno di servizio. Al piano superiore le 5 stanze con 4 bagni dotati di bidet e vasca o doccia.

La casa, 80 mq, ha due camere da letto matrimoniali, soggiorno, cucina abitabile, bagno e locale lavanderia. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla a 2 Km dal mare e dal centro di Nettuno. Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina dove gli adulti possono rilassarsi ed i bambini giocare in piena libertà e sicurezza. Nel giardino è presente un'area barbecue e forno a legna.
