Villino Pacalù-Luxury cave

Charming newly renovated apartment nestled in a historic Sorrentine family residence. The entrance opens onto the main living room, where two sofa beds are available with access to the first bathroom. Next, you reach the kitchen full of modern amenities (coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher and stove) where there is also a dining table. Going through the kitchen is the master bedroom with a double bed and an easily accessible en-suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and well-lit.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Il Pollaio guests house

Un rifugio ipogeo unico, incastonato nelle mura medievali di Panicale, che fonde l'asprezza della roccia con un design accogliente e raffinato. 🧱 Caratteristiche Principali Struttura: Una vera grotta abitativa con pareti in pietra nuda, archi in mattoni e soffitti a volta che creano un'atmosfera protettiva e senza tempo. Ambiente: Monolocale open space intimo e romantico, dove ogni nicchia scavata nella roccia è sfruttata per creare angoli funzionali (cucina, zona notte, relax).

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

It has been renovated with great care and use of the traditional building materials but also equipped with modern comforts as a pool, sauna, floor heating and air conditioning. The furniture is a combination of modern and ancient style! The old walls fence the whole garden.
