Nestled in the small neighborhood of Seacliff Beach, but located just minutes from everything you want to see and do in Santa Cruz! This spacious 1800 sqft, 3 bedroom 2 bath house sits on a 10,000 sqft lot AND is a short walk to the beach! Plenty of fenced space for your kids to run free and patio area with BBQ grill

Relax in your own forest retreat in the beautiful redwoods of Nisene Marks State Park, yet amazingly only 2. 3 miles from Rio Del Mar beach. Permit #181122 You’ll love the cozy fireplace, the views, and it's proximity to Aptos Village. The location is ideal if you want to begin your day with a bike ride or a hike through the forest. Or you may want to take the short drive or cycle to the beach, soak up some sun, catch some surf and listen to the waves splash against the sand until the sunset.

Lovely garden with outside sitting area. 20 minute footpath/walk to beach through green belt and harbor, great restaurants nearby including three at the beach, short drive to downtown for live music and arts. Host is German, practices acupuncture.
