Marinaia - Casa Levante

Casa Levante è un angolo di paradiso sulla scogliera a sud di Castro, a 50m dal mare e in prossimità della Cala dell’Acquaviva. Composta da due camere da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto, una cucina attrezzata e un ampio bagno, offre tutto il comfort di una casa moderna. La terrazza con pergolato e piscina privata vista mare è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Un comodo accesso privato al mare, tramite scalette in pietra, ti permette di immergerti nella bellezza naturale del Salento.

Calumàre La casa , in pieno centro storico,si sviluppa su tre livelli ed un terrazzo attrezzato collegati attraverso un’antica piccola scala in muratura, e non è provvista di ascensore. Al piano terra vi è una sala da pranzo, una cucina ed un bagno. Al primo piano una camera da letto. Al secondo piano una camera da letto matrimoniale ed il bagno. In terrazza vi è una zona relax con una zona pranzo ed una cucina. Non adatta a bambini piccoli ed a chi ha problemi di deambulazione

Porticelli è una casa unica. La sua posizione fra cielo e mare offre momenti di completo relax. Si arriva nella bellissima Cala dell'Acquaviva percorrendo degli scalini e subito ci si può tuffare nello splendido e cristallino mare e dopo un bagno rigenerante troverete una piazzola solo per voi dove poter prendere il sole e grazie agli alberi secolari godere della loro ombra. La dimora ha anche una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato. Porticelli è vicina a Castro ed altri splendidi borghi.

Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
