The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). Le centre ville se trouve à 13 minutes à pieds, et même un peu moins pour les sportifs ! Vous n'aurez aucun mal à rejoindre le téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi ou les pistes de ski.

Close to Combloux and Megeve ski areas. Also near to Megève for great shopping and restaurants and Saint Gervais for trips up Mont Blanc

Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

The apartment has its own entrance which opens straight into the living area (with kitchenette - mini oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle and cafetiere). The day bed in this room turns into a comfortable single bed. Next door is the double bedroom. You are guaranteed a great night's sleep in the antique brass bed. The shower room with copper sink, shower cubicle and toilet is en-suite to the bedroom. Guests can sit by the river and enjoy a barbecue or a good rest!

Petit studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Studio de 25m2, avec une petite chambre (Fenêtre donnant sur le couloir), balcon exposé plein sud sans vis à vis et vue sur les montagnes. Situé à l'entrée de Flaine Forêt à 1700 mètres d'altitude. Parking à l'extérieur de la station (Payant en hiver), 1h30 de gratuité pour déposer les valises devant l'appartement. Commerces, restaurants, remontées mécaniques et école de ski à 700M à pieds ! Arrêt de navette avec un passage toutes les 15min devant l'immeuble(En saison).
