Villa Roza -luxury and comfortable

Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. Seaview Holiday Apartments

These air-conditioned apartments and studios have a nice view of the Kastela Bay on the island of Ciovo, near Trogir (6 km). Seaview Apartments are located near the beach, which is a private and quiet. Guests can use the feature free Wi-Fi, a garden terrace with barbecue and free use of fishing boat and windsurfing equipment. The apartments are surrounded by forest and garden, situated in a quiet environment. Parking is free and available. Each of the studios and apartments at Seaview has a seating area with cable TV. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, cooking utensils and tea and coffee. They also have a private bathroom with bath or shower. City of Split can be reached via ferry from the harbor 2 km away. Seaview Holiday is at 250 meters from the markets, cafes and restaurants in Slatin. For longer stays, we offer free transportation from the airport in both directions.

This apartment with a million dollar view is located on the shiny west coast promenade, in the vicinity of the most popular restaurants. It's a short stroll to Diocletian's Palace and the old town. Nearby Marjan hill, the most popular place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is ideal place for walking jogging or cycling. In the forest along the beach paths you can stop anywhere for a swim. Bus/train/ferry port are only 15 minutes walk. There is a grocery store in the same building.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj nalazi se u blizini svih zanimljivosti, što vam olakšava planiranje vašeg posjeta. Sama kuća u kojoj je smješten apartman je iz srednjeg vijeka i okruženje je pitoreskno. Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Room A has queen size bed, room B has two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need and it is brand new. Our apartment is in the quiet neighbourhood and only 150m from the nearest beach. The house is surrounded with forest and offers everything that you need for perfect vacation and relaxation.

Cozy studio with a stunning sea view. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.
