O apartamento situa-se no 1º andar, recebe quatro adultos confortavelmente, possui dois quartos com varanda para o Jardim e Ponte D. Luís, uma casa de banho, sala de estar e cozinha totalmente equipada, bem como varanda sobre o Rio Douro, Centro Histórico do Porto e Vila Nova de Gaia onde poderá aproveitar o sol e a vista deslumbrante acompanhado de um cálice de vinho do Porto. Para apreciar e desfrutar de toda a vista e envolvente o alojamento não possui televisão por opção mas sim rede Wi-Fi.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Este é um espaço único, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre a cascata e natureza envolvente. Ideal para um fim de semana de aventuras! Venha preparado para pouca rede de telemóvel e Wi-Fi lento, uma vez que o local é isolado. Por outro lado, o som da natureza ganha uma dimensão fantástica, a água do rio e os pássaros envolvem nos totalmente. O acesso é feito (nos últimos 500m) por caminho em terra e é necessário estar atento as indicações que lhe fornecemos para que não se perca.

Numa zona classificada como Património Mundial da UNESCO, na margem do Douro, o Art Douro nasce no edifício que outrora foi a antiga Destilaria de Álcool do Porto, originalmente construída no século XIX para produzir aguardente. A partir do Apartamento é possível perceber a história do Porto juntamente com uma incrível vista panorâmica que se estende desde a zona ribeirinha até ao centro histórico da cidade.
