E' adatta e aperta a tutti NB: Macchina indispensabile. Al piano di sopra c'è un piccolo appartamento indipendente appartenente ad altri proprietari. Mare più vicino: Scala Ruiz a 350 m a piedi. E' un luogo dove potete dimenticarvi di tutto sapendo però che, se volete, in dieci minuti siete a Siracusa, con la sua cultura e la sua vita mondana.

La stanza totalmente indipendente provvista di bagno privato e angolo cottura, situata tra mandorli e ulivi , contornata da bellissime passeggiate con vista sugli Iblei e a soli 5 km da oasi marine spettacolari. 10 km cava grande del Cassibile.La località è inoltre ubicata al centro delle più belle città d’arte della Sicilia orientale . Etna poco distante . Possibile prenotare cene semplici realizzate con prodotti locali. Possibile uso di argilla e forno per realizzare oggetti in terracotta.

Io sono Marisa, la padrona di casa, e sono una garanzia di autenticità locale, pronta a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. Venite a trovarmi e non ve ne pentirete!

La struttura composta dall'ingresso sulla grande cucina ben fornita, bagno doppio, di cui uno in camera, entrambi con doccia, 3 camere matrimoniale. La villetta è divisa in due parti : una parte da affittare, e l'altra parte abitata da noi, ma nessuno spazio in comune, eccetto il cancello principale. A 14km dal centro storico Ortigia, a 20 minuti dal centro.
