The terrace of the studio overlooks the ocean and the beautiful Mediterranean garden as we exit the house, we are on the shore of the golden, with a free beach and cafes. The apartment has unlimited Wi-Fi and mobile air conditioning. The center is a 2-minute walk away, with restaurants, a shopping center and entertainment venues. Can be booked for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old).

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

It is on the top (9th) floor and has fantastic views of the beach and fishing harbor from the master bedroom and balcony. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds. The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Kitchen with oven and induction hob, washing machine, 2 x Smart TV, WIFI. Plenty of storage space for longer stays.
