The parking is ideal for storing sports equipment (bicycle, mountain equipment, etc.) The tourist tax must be paid, two euros per day and per person, approved by the Government of the Balearic Islands.

Bonito apartamento con excepcionales vistas al mar. Está situado en pleno centro del Puerto de Alcudia, en una calle peatonal con acceso directo a la marina y playa de arena. Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
