The studio apartment has all the essentials you need, and is situated on 12 acres of sweeping, Southwest scenery. You may even be lucky enough to see the Grand Canyon Railroad train pass by on its daily trip to the canyon. You'll be just a half hour from the park entrance (about as close as you can get without staying in a hotel or camping at the canyon).

The loft has been featured in numerous commercials, publications, and home tours. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer: dinning, entertainment, and shopping. 3 min walk to the train, 7 min drive to the airport, and 15-20 min to Scottsdale/Tempe. ⚠️ WARNING! The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

The outside is fully fenced and shaded with several big 🌳 trees. The inside is very inviting, with an outdoor vibe — relaxing. Friendly dogs are allowed for a fee ($20 a dog per night).
