This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. It features a well-supplied mini kitchen, a deluxe redesigned bathroom, and a mini washer and dryer. My grandmother's antique roll-top desk and grandfather's original oil paintings complete the home's rustic look. While ideal for a solo or couple getaway, The Bitty Bungalow sleeps up to 6 guests, allowing families or groups to enjoy a modest retreat in the pines.

3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)
