Enjoy privacy in a separate 1 bedroom cabin with king size Tempurpedic bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Pool available from May to September - shared with hosts and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for private pool time for your family 2 hrs daily. POLICY: No smoking or pets. Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Red Rooster Retreat - Edmond/Guthrie

Entire 400 sq ft Guesthouse to yourself. This historic-looking schoolhouse was used by two families for homeschooling. It has recently been transformed into a cozy farmhouse cabin for dreamy overnight getaways. Nestled perfectly close to Edmond, Guthrie, and the Lazy E Arena, you're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from concerts, rodeos, and top-notch dining adventures! Ring the schoolhouse bell, enjoy farm animals, and make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place! Enjoy!

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
