A deux pas de la Place du Forum, au calme dans un édifice du XVIème s., notre appartement est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, il est pensé pour un couple ou une personne seule qui veut idéalement visiter la ville. Dotée d'une terrasse face aux tours de Saint Trophime, on y prend son petit déjeuner, des bains de soleil. Very tranquil (no traffic), 5 mins from Fondation van Gogh, fab restaurant centre of Place P Doumer, Blvd des Lices with famous market, bars, buses, transport access, 10 mins from the Arena. J’habite au pied des Arènes d’Arles, dans le secteur préservé, une vieille et belle maison en pierres couverte de jasmin. Vous êtes évidemment en plein centre historique, tout en étant à 10mn de la gare. Vous bénéficierez d’un RDC totalement indépendant - notre famille habite à l’étage, nous partageons le couloir d’entrée. Espace de vie spacieux, canapé-lit de très bonne qualité, cuisine complète, salle d’eau, un coin bureau sous la verrière, un piano, plein de partitions – bienvenue!

Nous sommes un couple d’architecte qui avons rénové entièrement cette typique maison de ville arlesienne. Elle mêle l'esprit sud et le design contemporain que nous adorons. La terrasse sur les toits accueille un bassin où l'on peut se baigner tout en regardant les arènes d'Arles. Au rdc notre bureau sur rue peut servir de lieu d'exposition ou de zone de travail. La maison a de nombreux escaliers anciens et non sécurisés et n’est pas adapté aux jeunes enfants. Bienvenue !
