Em dois minutos a pé está na areia, e ao regressar pode relaxar na varanda com vista sobre o mar, perfeita para um copo de vinho ao final da tarde. Com orientação Sul/Norte e muita luz natural, está localizado no centro, perto de supermercados, mercado e serviços. Situa-se no 3.º piso, sem elevador — uma pequena subida que vale a pena pela proximidade ao mar.

Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Nice cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants near us and on the beach. We are located less the 100 meters to the beach and the main strip. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.
