El apartamento de 55 m2 dispone de 4 espacios abiertos, estar, cocina, espacio de trabajo y dormitorio, éste se puede independizar con las puertas móviles si lo desea. El espacio juega con diferentes alturas para ofrecer variados ambientes acogedores, muy iluminado ya que consta de 5 ventanales. Desde el estar se disfruta de las vistas a la plaza peatonal tranquila y arbolada. La casa dispone además de los servicios indicados en el apartado correspondiente, de microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo, tostadora. El frigorifico con congelador se situa bajo la encimera. El baño dispone además de una duchita perineal junto al inodoro para la limpieza íntima. Estaré a la recepción y a la despedida. Contactar antes de la llegada El barrio se sitúa en torno al Centro Flamenco, lugar de encuentro cultural durante todo el año, y la Iglesia de la Merced. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

El palomar de Menacho is a top floor (3rd) newly renovated, very bright 42 m2 apartment with a lovely 12 m2 private terrace opening onto the bedroom. It has no lift and the stairs are steep, but it is well worth the effort!! The entrance opens into the lounge, it has a separate fully equipped kitchen (full size fridge, 3 fires induction plate, oven, microwave, etc). It's located in a narrow quiet street in the old town centre, near Plaza Mina, surrounded by lively bars and restaurants.
