Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Beach / main attractions / restaurants: within 5 min walk you will be able to stroll along the sea front, head to the shops or eat at amazing restaurants (we left a list of our favourites for you).

Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
