No renuncies a estar en una zona céntrica, se encuentra a 10 minutos del casco de arrecife y de la playa del Reducto andando, además tiene cerca restauración, servicios de comidas para llevar, supermercados, hospital, paradas de taxi y bus. El recibimiento lo hacemos nosotros, los propietarios,es por ello, que os recibiéremos de 17:00 a 20:00 si llegas más tarde consúltanos disponibilidad y plus que se tendría que abonar

De par la position centrale de la finca, vous rayonnerez rapidement à travers tout Lanzarote et rejoindrez tous les points d'intérêt (Orzola, Famara, Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife) en moins de 20 minutes . Les restaurants, commerces et un centre médical sont situés à 5 minutes.

Nuevo apartamento en Puerto del Carmen, ubicado en un complejo muy tranquilo con piscina comunitaria con vistas al mar. Lo mejor de este apartamento es su terraza, dispone de cama redonda para tomar el sol, parrilla exterior para cocinar y una gran mesa para comer o trabajar con vistas al mar. En el interior dispone de salón con smart TV internacional, sofá muy confortable y una pequeña mesa de desayunos. La cocina está totalmente equipada: horno, microondas, frigorífico, sartenes y menaje.
