La casa cueva está labrada en piedra volcánica, aporta una temperatura media de 20º durante el año. Es ideal para desconectar y cargarte de buena energía. Practica deportes como senderismo, ciclismo, etc. en Teror y municipios anexos sin renunciar a los días de playa desde el norte al sur de la isla. La casa está a escasos 5 minutos en coche de Teror y a 10 de la autopista GC-3 que conecta con el Norte/Centro y el Sur de la isla, así como con Tamaraceite que cuenta con todos los servicios.

Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Todo en una sola planta, sin escaleras. El coche llega hasta la puerta de la casa. Cerca de playa, aeropuerto y centro comercial.

Das Studio bietet ein französisches Doppelbett (140 cm x 200 cm), eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit lässigen Ledersofas, eine große Essecke und eine Küchenzeile mit Küchenblock der sowohl als Arbeits- als auch als Frühstückstisch dienen kann. Außerdem gibt es ein großes, helles und modernes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und eine große, möblierte Terrasse.

The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
