Our bright, cheery, one bedroom guest quarters is the perfect place to rest while you enjoy all of the great things to do on the central coast. Patio furniture wiith covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained
