Peaceful Cottage in an Olive Grove

Come relax in this cozy cottage removed from the frantic world but so close you can easily go back at any time. Whether you choose to unwind in the serenity that surrounds our olive farm or venture out to experience all that SLO County has to offer, you'll be in the perfect spot for either or both. We're on a road less traveled with neighbors few and far between but located just 10 minutes from wine tasting, beaches, downtown SLO, the Village of Arroyo Grande, hiking trails and so much more.

This house is the 2nd home on the property (main home is also STR). Located at the top of a private driveway with a beautiful view of the hills. Fully stocked kitchen with fridg/freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner stove, microwave, ice maker, osmosis system, fully automatic espresso maker. 65” QLED TVs in living room and bedrooms. Patio furniture wiith covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

Our fully licensed place is located in the heart of the Arroyo Grande Village. Offering Restaurants, parks, historic self-guided walking tours, wine tasting, farmers market, music in the park, pubs, museums and much more. Minutes away by car to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. We are the southern gateway to the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valley wine trail. This is the only apartment in the Robasciotti Building. It is your private oasis to call home away from home.

The (upstairs above garage) private apartment is only 3 miles to downtown Arroyo Grande village, 6 miles to Pismo Beach, 8 miles to the San Luis Obispo airport, 10 miles to downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Convenient proximity to countless wineries, hiking, biking, beaches. Enjoy tangerines, oranges and avocados (in-season) straight from the tree! Well behaved and (people & dog) friendly dogs are welcome!

We are halfway between San Francisco and LA with easy access to Highway 101. You will appreciate the ease of settling into this well designed space. You will have your own private parking space, entrance, a well stocked kitchen, as well as a clean organized home. This is a perfect launching spot to explore our scenic coastline, wine country, & coastal cities. For remote workers, it serves as an quiet and private space to work.

Enjoy the beautiful remodeled kitchen, private backyard and patio, and two cozy bedrooms while soaking up the best of the central coast. Just a 10 minute walk to the historic Arroyo Grande village, a 5 minute drive to the beaches of Grover, and tucked away in one of Arroyo Grande's most peaceful cul-de-sacs.

The old Arroyo Cottage is walking distance to downtown. Experience the historical Village of Arroyo Grande with it's swinging bridge, bandstand with live music, weekly farmers market, great restaurants, fun bars and brewery. We are an 8 minute drive to the beach. Close to Pismo Beach and within 20 minutes drive to San Luis Obispo. Great wineries within minutes and very centrally located

Walk to the Village of Arroyo Grande

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.

Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
