Enjoy mountain sunsets surrounded by nature in the 6 person hot tub. Located just ten minutes from downtown Asheville, twenty minutes to the city center and the Biltmore Estate, and a short walk to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Woodland House is a true one of a kind.

Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets
