It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. In the centre there is a dining area, and a separate seating area with views over the channel. There are 4 bedrooms; superking bedroom, kingsize bedroom, double bedroom and a single bedroom with an extra pull-out. The kitchen is retro but has modern kitchen appliances. The property includes a lounge and a massive bathroom.

It has a private hot tub that you can step in from the decking and relax in with a cool drink whilst watching the sunset over the fields. It has a cosy Log burner, Hot running water, Gas Hob, Fridge and private heated shower room (20 paces away). Rose Shepherds Hut sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children. Kent's castles, beaches and attractions are no more than 30 minutes away by car.

Cosy, pet-friendly annex on our secluded free-hold in the beautiful countryside of Kent, located just 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and 20 minutes from Dover Ferry Port. Wake up to the sound of Bertie the rooster announcing a new day! Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.
