Tack Barn is our super stylish and sustainable holiday cottage here at Upper Lodge near Lewes - a very special place to stay. Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Ideally located for Lewes, the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs and South Downs. Hop into the hammock and sit by a glowing fire-pit in the summer, or snuggle up in front of the wood-burner in the winter - the Tack Barn is special all year round.

Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom accommodation with modern kitchen, dining, chilling and lounge area with stunning views across open countryside in an AONB, which can be truly appreciated from large deck area with outside dining. A private couples’ retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing magical moments in nature. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake in a lake-view bedroom where nature’s magic surrounds you. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

Hopper Hut；温馨舒适，电动车充电点

The Hopper Hut has been named for the history of our home which was once a hop farm. We live in the oast building on the same site. You have quiet surroundings with views of the garden and pond, and comfortable accommodation in all seasons. Your king sized bed was hand made in England using natural wool and cotton for a comfortable night's sleep. At extra cost you can also use the EV charger.

A gorgeous and spacious apartment with high ceilings overlooking the beach with spectacular sea views on St Leonards seafront near an abundance of cafes and restaurants. An open-plan living space with period feature fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, stylish bathroom and gorgeous bedroom. Blackout blinds fitted for a good nights sleep.
