Squam Lake boat rental facilities are minutes from our home, which has lake access. Our four beautiful seasons are waiting for you in NH!

It is also close to Mills Falls in Meredith, close to skiing, casual and fine dining, art shops, wineries, theatre, art and antique shops, just minutes to 2 - 4 hour hikes with great views of White Mountains and Lake Winnepesaukee, a beautiful Association Beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Gather at the big dining table, the propane fire pit, or the stone gas fireplace. Swim and paddle all summer, watch the foliage come in over the water in fall, ski Tenney (10 min) or Ragged (25 min) in winter — our dirt driveway is plowed and sanded all season. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

This Airbnb in Holderness NH has unobstructed views of Little Squam, and access to a private beach right across the street with picnic tables and swim raft. It’s perfect for your next vacation offering endless opportunities for relaxation, adventure or ice cream. Once a horse barn, this 1500 sq ft has been fully restored in 2021. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the Ice House Creamery is attached to the Airbnb where we make our own homemade ice cream.
