An 18 hole golf course runs through the community. Few minutes walk to the Highway 6 bus stop. The bus is free. Five minute drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.

This is the perfect size for one or two people who are here to enjoy all that Basalt and the Aspen area have to offer.

Large kitchen (w/ fridge and antique stove), barnwood accents, huge 400sf deck, and historic decor from Como's gold rush. Dogs welcome, too.

We do not have Wi-Fi, so come expecting to unplug. We have a landline if you need to communicate with anyone.
