This delightful home sits in a quiet neighborhood on a ½ acre lot, overlooking Sunset (Neacoxie) Lake. We are equal distance between Seaside and Astoria. You can take a 10 minute walk down the road directly to the beach. Or, it's a 1/3 mile drive right onto the sand. Excellent for a family or two couples.

"Fairview" of the Columbia River!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!

Enjoy our diverse kitchen, equipped with everything from pots and pans, to blenders and coffee machines. Our place is also well equipped for children, with toys and highchairs and all in between. Feel assured that we take extensive sanitation measures before and after every guest.
