Picture yourself in our fully fenced 0.5 acre backyard, complete with a BBQ for outdoor cookouts, a 400 sq. ft. sunroom with a gym, and an array of games for endless fun. On the inside, expect a 1457 sq. ft. fully remodeled space, featuring an HDTV with Nintendo Wii & streaming services, lightning fast 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, and board games!

Soak up the country in this newly remodeled modern STUDIO. Fully self contained with BBQ and all the essentials for cooking meals. Centrally located on the central coast of San Luis Obispo you can enjoy popular hot spots like Avila, Pismo, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Slo, & Paso Robles wine country all within 10-30 minutes. The cottage is located on a family owned Ranch just minutes from the 101. Come visit our horses, goats, chickens, cows, and pigs. Or get a Christmas tree during the season .

McClellan Cottage - centrally located studio

Escape to wine country in a fresh historic cottage. Centrally-located and full of charm. 539 square feet of living space featuring a queen bed, kitchenette, 3/4 bathroom, dining space and living room space to Netflix and chill. This studio cottage has an inviting open floor plan thoughtfully decorated to accommodate all your needs. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, hotplate and all the tools needed to prepare a lovely meal and dine outside by the firepit.

Private Wine Country Retreat

This private one-bedroom, one-bath guest house is nestled on the backside of a two-acre parcel on a quiet lane in Westside Templeton. Located in the Templeton Gap, historic downtown and dozens of surrounding wineries are just minutes away! This unit has kitchen essentials, wifi, air conditioning/heater, ceiling fan, and a television. Coffee and tea provided. Private guest access. A short drive on decomposed granite. Keyless entry for self-check-in/check-out.

There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.
