The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

Located in SLO's Old Town Historic District, featuring beautifully restored Victorian and Craftsman homes, this two bedroom Craftsman is less than a 5 minute walk to downtown shops/restaurants/nightlife. Despite its central location, the house is situated on a quiet street without heavy traffic. The property includes a private yard with a large (8 person) hot tub and grill. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for gourmet or casual cooking.

There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.

The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years.
