You will easily be within walking distance of the Antigonish Farmers’ Market, STFX University, and Main Street with lots of dining options! Just a quick drive to Keppoch Mountain with hiking and biking trails. Beautiful beaches and lighthouses are everywhere here! 1/2 hour to Cape Breton! Feel free to reach out for more information!

We offer a 1st floor guest room & private bath inside our home near the Salisbury Cove area of Bar Harbor. Bar Harbor Lobster Pound, Mainely Meat BBQ, Utter Heaven Ice Cream & also Mini Golf is within walking distance. The Acadia NP Visitor Center, the start of the Park Loop Rd and downtown Bar Harbor are within 2 to 5 miles. Drive into Acadia or to the shops, restaurants & excursions of Bar Harbor or from late June to mid Oct, catch the free Island Explorer shuttle from the end of our road.

We moved from Alberta back to our Maritime roots and built a rustic home to share with new friends and old. Located upon a rolling hilltop, we offer a great view of the water and grazing horses & a full breakfast! We are a few km. off Hwy 104 (Exit #38) about half way from Halifax to Sydney, (2 hr from Hfx Airport) just west of the Canso Causeway. We have 2 suites - each with a private entry (flat access) so guests can come and go at their leisure -go for a walk or visit Cape Jack Beach.

The stained glass windows give the room a rosy Medieval glow. With two comfortable chairs and a fireplace, this room has it all. We are a B&B so breakfast is included with your stay.
