It holds access to worlds famous salmon pool and 100 private acres of woodland for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing also holds direct entry to NB trail system. Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Reid's Cove Retreat

Reid's Cove Retreat has been crafted as a modern couple's retreat, nestled in beautiful Tatamagouche NS. Take in the special details of this romantic space, including hot tub, massive front windows with an amazing view, and paddle boards to enjoy the water access. Explore the village of Tatamagouche and near by attractions including Fox Harb'r, Brule Point and Northumberland Links Golf courses, Jost Vineyards, Tatamagouche Brewing and Ski Wentworth along with tons of hiking trails.

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.
