We will make sure that your stay will be amazing! The house is by car five minutes from the sea. You will have a nice view of the surrounded trees and hills. This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. Villa Dimitra is a detached family home on an 8 hectar big property. It is close to the Attiki Odos, to the port of Rafina and the airport. However it is still a very quite neighbourhood without any traffic. Our vistiors can take the bus lines 314, 319 but also the metro and suburban train from the station Pallini, which is only 5 km away. This gives them the opportunity to visit the city center of Athens as well as its suburbs. Beaches, shops and sights are easily accessible by car.
