We are an hour to Booth Bay Harbor and the beautiful botanical gardens. Popham beach is 45 min away, one of the most amazing beaches in state.

Built roughly 200 years ago, the traditional cape housing this first-floor apartment is located on a hilltop above the Royal River, just steps from restaurants, trails, and waterfront. It's been thoroughly renovated, and features pretty much all the comforts of home—including a full kitchen with dishwasher, a wood-burning fireplace insert, an all-natural mattress (super comfy), and a clawfoot tub-equipped bathroom. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Abram and 30 minutes to Sunday River. There's easy-access to snowmobile trails and Moose Pond right across the road. Oxford Casino is 30 minutes south.

You can put kayaks in across the street and it is a short 20 minute walk into downtown Freeport. Great year-round location.

Originally built in the mid 1800's as an attached barn to our lovely Victorian home, we have completely renovated and remade the space into a fun, comfy, and whimsical AirBnB experience. An ideal location for a trip to Midcoast Maine!
