The interior design follows a distinctive nautical loft style, maximizing the use of space. The queen size bed is a spacious loft bed, and downstairs the couches can be turned into another queen size bed. Complete kitchen available. Internet included. Complimentary parking is available within the building (with a maximum car height limit of 1.9m).

This stylish penthouse to stay is perfect for visitors to Auckland wanting to be 2-5 mins walking distance to the waterfront, first class shopping Commercial Bay, and must-see attractions like Sky Tower and visiting Islands in the Hauraki Gulf (Rangitito & Waiheke). Use of a carpark is included. Suitable for 2-4 adults (two large bedrooms, one of which can be a twin) each with their own bathroom. The character building still has the original working cage lift as well as front and back stairs.

Note 2nd floor apartment and no lift so may not be suited to the elderly.

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Restaurants, ferries, trains, nightclubs, shops, supermarket and Sky City are all just a short walk away. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and another single bed in the loft. Has a full fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and a small oven and 2 hot plates to cook but we recommend that guests make the most of all the fantastic restaurants that are so close by.

It has such a cosy and warm feel to it, the red brick with the wooden floors makes me feel like I am back at my mums house. Having a full size kitchen is my favourite part of it, there is nothing better than being able to cook your own meals with a proper kitchen, that and the spa like bathroom, it makes me feel like I am on holiday at a fancy resort, the floor to ceiling tiles are gorgeous! Having a dedicated work space really helps when you need to get your head down for some deep work!

Our location is in a unique position on the edge of the stunning Whitianga Harbour, and the Whitianga Rock nature reserve. Park the car, enjoy the local walking trails right on our doorstep. Take a stroll to the beach at the bottom of the garden, or carry on to 3 beaches in 5-10 minutes walk. Sit and watch the sunset across the Coromandel mountain ranges.
