Everything here is new—from the deck and outdoor area to the thoughtfully designed interiors—offering a serene escape that feels both private and connected to nature. Warm Embrace Wonderland 1-BR Near Ponsonby

The Hadlow is Grey Lynn's newest boutique urban village, positioned on the doorstep of some of the best food and wine the city has to offer, you can leave the car at home and wander along to The Convent's Ada, Lillian, Flor, Pici or Gemmayze Street or venture a little further to old favourites Prego, Daphnes or Ponsonby Road. On the weekends, enjoy a stroll through Grey Lynn Park before grabbing a coffee and heading to Grey Lynn's Sunday Farmers' Market with its fresh produce and organic treats.

Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.
