Welcome to our luxurious mid-century modern ranch home adjacent to Lake Rhoda in Wheat Ridge, Colorado! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our home can comfortably sleep 12 guests among its 9 beds. Nestled in Wheat Ridge, a western suburb of Denver, this private home is located on .33 acres on a corner lot. Come stay in our luxury guest suite. Our suite is located in a quiet neighborhood that is 5 minutes to downtown Denver with many restaurants & activities located within walking distance. The suite is designed for a traveling business visit, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation in Denver. We provide fast, high-speed, reliable internet, TVs with many streaming options, a fully functional kitchen, a private washer/dryer, access to a hot tub, and a Blackstone grill in the shared backyard.

It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1King, 2Queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub during winter. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer-dryer. ~30 minutes away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. Parking is available in the driveway/street. We live in the upper half. No need to take out trash at check out.

Bathroom is off the bedroom. Great neighborhood, close to Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Lowry, Uptown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Easy access to DIA and I-70.
