This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Our tiny home is designed to help our guests have the full tiny home experience, without giving up any of the amenities. Cool private bungalow in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of S. Austin. Open-plan house with tons of windows, a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The modern bathroom is flooded with natural light. Upstairs is an extra sleeping/hang-out space - a bit tight, but cozy - with a half bath. Sofa bed is downstairs, but in the cooler months, twin sofa bed option upstairs as well. Secluded side-yard deck or front porch allows guests to enjoy the outside in private.

It features high-end finishes and all the comforts of home. High-speed Internet, a Smart TV, and whole house audio provide entertainment when you need a break from enjoying the city. Please note - there are several construction projects in our changing neighborhood that may cause noise during the day.
