Get around with an easy uber/scooter ride or enjoy free street parking. Proceeds from this property contributes to Texas wind energy and the Trail Foundation. This is a brand new loft space built as a garage apartment on the 2nd floor. Its large windows overlooks our neighborhood with lot of big trees and the historic moon tower. There are 3 beds in total - 1 queen in the bedroom downstairs, and 2 twin beds in the loft space that is accessible by climbing up the ladder. Soft sheets and plenty of towels available for your use. The space has a fully equipped kitchen with french press, electric kettle, and basic cooking essentials. Iron, hair dryer and curling iron get you ready for your conference or night out. Washer/dryer there to dry those swim suits after a last swim at Barton Springs before flying home. If you have kids, we have kids stuff you can borrow (upon request). Message me ahead of time if you need or have questions about something specific. We live in the front house on the same property; so we're a text/call/sometimes steps away if you have questions or need help. Even though it's on the same property, the space has a completely separate private entrance. The location is what most guests love above the space (based on all the reviews!) We are mins away from the best (in our opinions) Texas BBQ and breakfast tacos in Austin; a hip convenient store (Quickie Pickie) to grab your morning coffee, a drink for happy hour, or late night snacks; and a hike and bike trail by the lake for your morning run. We are about a $5-7 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown and Austin Convention Center. Check out our guidebook for all our recommendations! As much or as little as you want! The loft is in the East Austin Holly neighborhood. It's walking distance to the hike and bike trail by the lake, a few restaurants, and a corner store just two blocks away. Beyond Uber/Lyft, there are also a number of dockless bikes/scooters options available to easily get around. Our place is walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, and cafes. We're minutes away from East Cesar Chavez, Rainey St, and the Town Lake Trail. We have several bike/scooter sharing options in Austin - all of which are very accessible by our location: - B-cycle (docked bikes at station) - Pace (dockless bikes) - Jump (dockless pedal-assist electric bikes) - Lime (dockless scooters) If you need to go further, there are ride share services such as Lyft and Ride Austin. You can also rent a car by the minute and drop it off at your destination with car2go. If you don't already have a car2go membership, you'll need to register ahead of time and pick up a card from them in order to unlock the car. There's a keypad lock so checking in and out should be a breeze!

This entire house with private, dedicated access allows you to come and go easily. We provide luxury linens, a sparkling clean house and all the amenities of home. We're located steps from the popular restaurants and shopping of South Congress! Please note: you must climb a spiral staircase to get to the guest house. The second bed is in a loft accessible with a ladder. You need solid mobility. This guest house was completed in 2019 and is perched above a spiral staircase to get to the main floor. You will also need to climb a loft ladder to utilize the second queen bed in the loft so we do want to make sure you're aware and comfortable doing so. The house has tons of natural light, high end furnishings and 20 foot vaulted ceilings! It was designed and built for guests to have all the amenities like luxurious bedding and fixtures right in the heart of classics like Guero's, The Continental Club, Hopdoddy's, Home Slice and more! The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit Nespresso or Mañana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music during the weekends at multiple spots nearby! You'll have access to the entire guest suite and dedicated porch with outdoor seating. This is a completely separate guest house and so you have fully private and separate entrance. Aside from normal workdays we're often available in person but we are always just a text or message away! Come and go easily with private access to this inviting Travis Heights guesthouse. The lively South Congress commercial area, the Rainey Street Historic District, quiet tree-lined streets great for walking, and the downtown area are all just minutes away. The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit N-espresso or Manana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music at the weekend at multiple spots nearby and lovely local shopping! Uber and Lyft are staples of transportation in Austin as well as scooters and bikes that you can pick up on the sidewalk. We are on an express bus line as well that can take you near and far. You're in the heart of it all and it's easy to get around. We also offer 1 on-site parking space if you choose to rent or drive in your own car. The hotel next door is a popular venue for events that take place often on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This means there could be loud, live music for weddings and events. It ends by 11 pm on the weekends but be aware if you'd be disturbed by it. We love the energy it brings but it's not for everyone.

Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.
