This tiny house is the perfect spot to relax under the Texas sky surrounded by live oaks and wildlife. Located 10 miles off I-35 in the Hill Country where you can spend time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Gruene or the day in Austin or San Antonio, about an hour away. We now have a new Tiny House called Tiny House Haven. It has a king sized bed and a loft with two twin beds and a sofa that can be slept on. You can find it listed under Tiny House Haven on Airbnb.

This is the back unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.
