One-night stays are possible under the right conditions.

Please note that we truly are in the country, set back into a neighborhood that used to be a cattle ranch! The closest restaurant/gas station/grocery store is 10 minutes or so away.

Located in the picturesque town of Boerne, our getaway offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and modern comforts, with easy access to the vibrant downtown San Antonio, the scenic Fredericksburg and the many Texas state parks (Guadalupe River State Park is 12-minutes away).

Enjoy this hidden gem in New Braunfels. This 392 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has it's own full kitchen with washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room (pull out mattress was replaced in July 2024). The house is fenced off so you have your own private oasis! You'll be able to BBQ on those nice Texas nights too!

Great short stay! Almost all the amenities of a hotel for a fraction of the cost. Private studio with stand-up shower, FIRM sofa bed, wall fireplace/heater, microwave, fridge with small freezer and ice, coffee, and sink. Great wifi. Centrally located in a touristy area of Hill Country! No access to owners home.
