Vintage Caravan, Rainforest & Lyrebirds

Our 1959-vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. At a pinch, two children could sleep in the king single bed; see the photos and description further down. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum one-night stay for a quick getaway, or stay longer & enjoy the peace, sit by the fire - made from a beer keg, and roast marshmallows.

Hanaby Hideaway - a special place to unwind.

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

The eco-hut is architecturally designed luxury with outdoor bath, hot shower, composting toilet and outdoor firepit. Each space (driver's cabin & three-five-four) offers well appointed kitchens, queen beds, spectacular views from your own deck or choose to stay cozy inside. Close to numerous cellar doors, breweries and restaurants. A stunning space to relax and enjoy the incredible view after a days winetasting or adventures on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula.

Only 8kms from Bellingen on the way to the Promised Land! Come & stay at The Bus Stop with glorious views of the Dorrigo ranges & a short walk on our property to the crystal clear water of the Never Never. Accommodation is in the Bus, lovingly restored to make a comfortable & spacious home away from home. A huge covered deck opens off the bus with a bathroom to the rear of the deck. The Bus Stop offers a relaxing & private space..... an escape from the fast pace of your other life.

Welcome to our new Retired Bus In The Womabarra's. This rustic Bus is suited to people who like to go back to basics and love the camping bush vibes. It is set in the sub-tropical basic garden of my home in Wombarra. Nestled between the Illawarra Escarpment and beach, surrounded by nature, peaceful bird singing surroundings. She comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and 7 minutes walk to stunning, unspoiled, surf beaches and rock pools.

Located at the foot of Mt. Cassell, part of the Grampians Range, on 20 acres of bushland. Only a 10 minute drive to Halls Gap and the Grampians National Park trails. Perfect for a romantic getaway or peaceful retreat. Unwind, switch off, and enjoy the quiet. From April to November you can enjoy the firepit, and if you’re lucky you may spot the 3 ponies and a donkey who roam the property freely. Simple caravan stay. Safe, warm and peaceful. Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.

Nambucca Valley Train Carriages Red carriage

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
