In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. The holiday flat is located in the green, near the Mount Sciliar, close to the lake Fiè. The flat is very spacious and has a private garden and an infrared cabin as a sauna. In summer it always stays cool even when it is very hot. Behind it lies the Völser Bach stream in front of a spruce forest, which is part of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park. The apartment is starting point for fantastic hikes in the Dolomites. The proximity to the Alpe di Siusi makes it ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

Inserita in una conca tra le incantante vette dolomitiche, quali i gruppi del Sassolungo, Catinaccio-Rosengarten, Latemar, Monzoni e Bocche, la nostra casa è situata a Moena nel cuore della Val di Fassa a 1250 s.l.m. A dieci minuti dal centro a piedi, la casa gode di una posizione privilegiata panoramica e silenziosa, ottimo punto di partenza di gite e numerose escursioni a poche centinaia di metri dall'imbocco della Statale Provinciale.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Positioned on the middle floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites.
