Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Duplex de charme, calme et confortable situé en plein coeur du centre ancien dans le quartier des artistes juste à coté des Halles gourmandes (7 min à pied du Palais des Papes et du pont d'Avignon). L'appartement de 70m2 d'une hauteur sous plafond de 5m est climatisé et dispose de 2 chambres (1 lit de 140 et 2 lits de 90 pouvant être réunis en lit de 180). La grande pièce de vie avec sa cuisine ouverte dispose d'un canapé convertible en lit avec sommier et matelas (confort d'un lit).

Idéal pour visiter Avignon, vous serez situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du Palais des Papes et du pont d'Avignon et 10 minutes à pied de la gare du centre.
