You are centrally located for enjoying the Central Coast, while being privately tucked away in nature from the hustle and bustle. Nearby are hiking/biking trails, beaches, wineries and restaurants. Avila Beach House

Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee.
