La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, è a pochi passi dal Lungomare e dal tipico mercato all’aperto. La camera matrimoniale ha un delizioso balconcino che si affaccia sulla via principale, ideale per un calice di vino alla fine di una lunga giornata di vacanza. La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina. Tutti i luoghi imperdibili di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la spiaggetta di Calarossa

Salve sono Alessia, ho creato questo spazio perché credo nell'accoglienza, ospitare per me è un valore aggiunto e in questo ampio appartamento vicino al centro, al mare e a tutti i servizi spero trascorriate un buon soggiorno!Vi aspetto, portate anche i vostri amici pelosi se volete! L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.
