We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
