Heritage House will sleep 6,king, queen, and twin/trundle beds. Closets are large. No pets, Open space living area has a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture & two large smart TVs. It is filled with photos and accents from the area. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances. The small counter has 3 stools and the table includes 6 chairs. It comes with a dedicated coffee bar with supplies. The backyard is landscaped and fenced With a covered patio, furnished with a gas fire pit ample parking

Casa Colina is a quaint townhome located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Farmington in a quiet cul-de-sac. Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Wildwood Cabin on the River

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. If you’re looking for a calm, peaceful place to be, then you found it. The Wildwood Cabin is nestled in a Bosque of cottonwoods on the banks of the Animas river. The “Wildwood cabin” was built in 2012 at the rivers edge of our small farm as a guest house. Enjoy the use of our park to fish from the river bank, picnic or just enjoy the river during your stay at the cabin.

Southwest Casita

Explore the Four Corners region from this Southwest decorated casita on top of a mesa. From here you are within driving distance of all the great Four Corners destinations and outdoor activities. If your activities require parking a trailer, there is plenty of room on our 3/4 acre lot. You'll find three comfortable bedrooms that will sleep six people. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate one more if needed.
