Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. We are perfectly placed to enjoy beautiful Flatford Mill and Constable country. The coast is nearby too.

Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.
