Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

In the Heart of Town, our Victorian house offers a comfortable, good value stay in friendly and quiet surroundings. No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. We are perfectly placed to enjoy beautiful Flatford Mill and Constable country. The coast is nearby too.

Old Stables Rosalie Farm: Rural Retreat Setting

A rural annexe offering very comfortable, peaceful, accommodation, 2 double or twin rooms with Sky TV, Wifi, a sitting room with TV. Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Pop can help with these outdoor pursuits aswell as any other interests in the local area.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

Barn and stable buildings for a rural stay

We would love to welcome you to our quiet little spot in Suffolk and hope you would like to come and enjoy some time here with us. Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

Romantic 15th century cottage, Long Melford

Magical medieval timbered cottage, looking over the green to the spires of Melford Hall, 5 minutes walk from the huge 14th century Holy Trinity Church (you can hear the bells on Sunday morning). The bustling village centre is just 7 minutes walk away with 3 gastro pubs, various beauty salons, hairdressers, antique & gift shops galore, tea rooms & independent clothes shops. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful rural walks through water meadows by the river and open farmland.

I’d like to welcome you to my famous ‘Harry Potter’ home. Come & relax in one of my four poster en-suite bedrooms. Fluffy dressing gowns & toiletries provided. Pretty courtyard garden with easy access to the lovely village. There’s a special guest sitting room where you can toast marshmallows & crumpets over the fire. Chill out on the squashy sofa & just relax. There’s plenty to see & do & award winning restaurants within walking distance. Yummy breakfasts too.

Spacious double room in Holton

A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Double room in a Grade II listed building with unique architectural features, in the middle of the town of Bungay. Access via it's own staircase to double bed room with separate private bath shower,and toilet,all on the same landing. The house is old so some floors are un even and there are quite a lot of steps..There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.
